I don't know if you've heard or not but as of the middle of January they are going to be starting to let their customers have WI-FI for NO CHARGE. No more having to pay for it while you are there anymore. They want their customers to have a relaxing, enjoyable experience while they are there.
I think it is a ploy to get more customers to come in while the economy is slow. But who can bulk at WI-FI for NO CHARGE.

Is anything truly free? Travelers will at least buy SOMETHING while they are there! We stop at McDonalds for a potty break and buy coffee. "Senior" coffee, but it's something at least.
That is true for the most part but a couple months ago after we turned off our dishnetwork I went down there and got a coupon to use their WI-FI for 2hrs free. I had to set up our laptops so we could use our phones as modems. Which is how we do it now. Dish got too expensive so we shut it off. I already had the combo on our phones so why not put it to good use.
Way to go, McDonald's! :> )
