For those who didn't think HELL existed...

Odd planet's extreme global warming: Highs of 2240 degrees

Wed Jan 28, 3:18 pm ET

WASHINGTON – Astronomers have found a planet with a galactic case of hot flashes. In just six hours, this planet four times the size of Jupiter heats up by more than 1,200 degrees, according to a study published in Thursday's issue of the journal Nature. "It's the first observation of changing weather" on a planet outside our solar system, said study author Gregory Laughlin, an astronomy professor at the University of California at Santa Cruz. He used NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope to study the planet.

Change is a mild way to put it for the lifeless world, called HD80606b, where the word "mild" would never enter a weather forecast.

Normally, the planet is a toasty 980 degrees or so. But in the few hours it whips around its sun the planet gets zapped with mega-heat, pushing the thermometer closer to 2,240 degrees.

During its brief close pass to its sun, the planet is 10 times nearer its star than Mercury is to our sun. When it comes closest to its star, it becomes one giant "brewing storm" complete with shock waves, Laughlin said. The radiation bombarding the planet is 800 times stronger than when it is farthest away.

Then just as quickly, the planet slingshots away and radiates the heat to the cool vacuum of space. It glows cherry red and the temperature plummets, Laughlin said.

"Utterly bizarre," he said. "It is thoroughly completely uninhabitable. In a galaxy of uninhabitable planets, this one stands out as being completely inhospitable to life."

The planet circles its star — the larger of two stars in a binary system — in a comet-like orbit in just 111 days.

The star is visible from Earth near the Big Dipper. On Feb. 14, HD80606b will travel between the Earth and its star. There's a 15 percent chance that amateur astronomers using small telescopes could see it swing by, obscuring a tiny part of the star, Laughlin said.

"This is indeed an oddball planet, where the temperature range of the season changes from hellish to super-hellish," said Carnegie Institution astronomer Alan Boss. "This place makes Venus look like a nice place to live and that is saying something."

One day a while back, a man, his heart heavy with grief, was walking in
the woods. As he thought about his life this day, he knew many things
were not right. He thought about those who had lied about him back
when
he had a job.

His thoughts turned to those who had stolen his things and cheated
him.
He remembered family who had passed on. His mind turned to
the illness
he had, that no one could cure. His very soul was filled
with anger,
resentment, and frustration.

Standing there this day, searching for answers he could not find,
knowing all else had failed him, he knelt at the base of an old oak tree
to seek the one he knew would always be there. And with tears in his
eyes, he prayed:

'Lord- You have done wonderful things for me in this life. You have
told me to do many things for you, and I happily obeyed. Today, you
have
told me to forgive. I am sad, Lord, because I cannot. I don't know
how. It is not fair Lord, I didn't deserve these wrongs that were done
against me and I shouldn't have to forgive. As perfect as your way is
Lord, this one thing I can not do, for I don't know how to forgive. My
anger is so deep Lord, I fear I may not hear you, but I pray you teach
me to do the one thing I can not do: Teach me to forgive.'

As he knelt there in the quiet shade of that old oak tree, he felt
something fall onto his shoulder. He opened his eyes. Out of the
corner of one eye, he saw something red on his shirt. He could not
believe his eyes. When he looked up he saw two feet held to a
piece of wood with a large spike through them.

He raised his head more, and tears came to his eyes as he saw Jesus
hanging on that tree. He saw spikes in His hands, a gash in His side, a
torn and battered body, deep thorns sunk into His head. Finally he saw
the suffering and pain on His precious face. As their eyes met, the
man's tears turned to sobbing, and Jesus began to speak.

'Have you ever told a lie?' He asked?

The man answered - 'Yes, Lord.'

'Have you ever been given too much change and kept it?'

The man answered - 'Yes, Lord.' And the man sobbed more and more.

'Have you ever taken something from work that wasn't yours?' Jesus
asked?

And the man answered, 'Yes, Lord.'

'Have you ever sworn, using my Father's name in vain?'

The man, crying now, answered - 'Yes, Lord.'

As Jesus asked many more times, 'Have you ever'? The man's crying became
uncontrollable, for he could only answer - 'Yes, Lord'.

Then Jesus turned His head from one side to the other, and the man
felt
something fall on his other shoulder He looked and saw that it was
the
blood of Jesus. When he looked back up, his eyes met those of
Jesus,
and there was a look of love the man had never seen or known
before.

Jesus said, 'I didn't deserve this either, but I forgive you.'

It may be hard to see how you're going to get through something,
but when you look back in life, you realize how true this statement
is.

Read the following first line slowly and let it sink in.

If God brings you to it - He will bring you through it.

When Jesus died on that tree, he was thinking of you! If you are one of
the 8% who will stand up for Him, send this on with the Title 8%.

92% of people won't forward this.

May God Bless You and your loved ones.

And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the
Jews, and in Jerusalem;
whom they slew and hanged on a tree.

"Gold Wrapping Paper"

The story goes that some time ago a mother punished her five year old daughter for wasting a roll of expensive gold wrapping paper. Money was tight and she became even more upset when the child used the gold paper to decorate a box to put under the Christmas tree.

Nevertheless, the little girl brought the gift box to her mother the next morning and then said, "This is for you, Momma."

The mother was embarrassed by her earlier over reaction, but her anger flared again when she opened the box and found it was empty. She spoke to her daughter in a harsh manner.

"Don't you know, young lady, when you give someone a present there's supposed to be something inside the package?"
The little girl had tears in her eyes and said, "Oh, Momma, it's not empty! I blew kisses into it until it was full."

The mother was crushed. She fell on her knees and put her arms around her little girl, and she begged her forgiveness for her thoughtless anger.

An accident took the life of the child only a short time later, and it is told that the mother kept that gold box by her bed for all the years of her life.

Whenever she was discouraged or faced difficult problems she would open the box and take out an imaginary kiss and remember the love of the child who had put it there.

In a very real sense, each of us, as human beings, have been given a Golden box filled with unconditional love and kisses from our children, family, friends and GOD. There is no more precious possession anyone could hold.

Uses for Lemon Juice:

Uses for Lemon Juice:

Whiten discolored chopping boards with lemon juice. It will also work on yellowed ivory handles.

After cutting smelly garlic or onions on a wood board, rub the surface with a slice of freshly cut lemon, rinse well and dry.

Remove fruit or berry stains from your hands by rinsing with lemon juice.

Stir a tablespoon of lemon juice into a cup of fresh, sweet milk when you need a substitute for sour cream or buttermilk.

Use lemon juice in the washer to remove rust and other mineral discoloration from cotton t-shirts and briefs.

Discolored socks will look white again if you boil them for a few minutes in a pan of water with a slice of lemon in it.

Use lemon juice to remove ink spots on cloth.

To eliminate odors in home humidifiers, pour 3 or 4 capfuls of bottled lemon juice in the water.

Lemon juice is the natural way to whiten and brighten nails. Soak them in it for 5 to 10 minutes, then brush with a mixture of equal amounts of white vinegar and warm water. Rinse well.

To shine smooth aluminum, rub it with the cut side of a lemon.

Use lemon juice to bleach and soften grubby elbows: place a few drops of baby oil into two lemon halves. Stick elbows in the lemon, tape in place and leave on for 30 minutes.

The fastest way to dry up a facial blemish is to dab it with lemon juice a few times a day.

Lemon Odor Neutralizer
Leaving a cut lemon out will naturally help neutralize stinky odors! And of course the lemon smells great too...It will help get rid of smokey smells or pet odors - naturally and without chemicals!

Lemon and Baking Soda Cleaner
If you want to give the faucets or sink a really good scrub (and deodorize them at the same time, try this:
Cut a fresh lemon in half and dip into some baking soda. Use this as the cleaning tool to scrub the sink. It smells great and it will leave any stainless steel sparkling clean. You can then throw the used up lemon down the food disposal and give it a whirl - the lemon and baking soda will help clean and deodorize it too!

Use it to clean a permanent marker stain.

Lighten Hair
Apply the lemon juice to all or part of your hair. For highlights choose small portions and coat in the juice. For the whole head dose liberally.
Blow dry or go out in the sun for 30 minutes.

Non Toxic Home Cleaners

Non Toxic Home Cleaners

Mold and Mildew:
Use white vinegar or lemon juice full strength. Apply with a sponge or scrubber.

Rust Remover:
Sprinkle a little salt on the rust, squeeze a lime over the salt until it is well soaked. Leave the mixture on for 2 - 3 hours. Use leftover rind to scrub residue.

Scouring Powder:
For top of stove, refrigerator and other such surfaces that should not be scratched, use baking soda. Apply baking soda directly with a damp sponge.

Disinfectant:
Mix 2 teaspoons borax, 4 tablespoons vinegar and 3 cups hot water. For stronger cleaning power add 1/4 teaspoon liquid castile soap. Wipe on with dampened cloth or use non-aerosol spray bottle.

Drain Cleaner:
For light drain cleaning, mix 1/2 cup salt in 4 liters water, heat (but not to a boil) and pour down the drain. For stronger cleaning, pour about 1/2 cup baking soda down the drain, then 1/2 cup vinegar. The resulting chemical reaction can break fatty acids down into soap and glycerine, allowing the clog to wash down the drain. After 15 minutes, pour in boiling water to clear residue. Caution: only use this method with metal plumbing. Plastic pipes can melt if excess boiling water is used. Also, do not use this method after trying a commercial drain opener--the vinegar can react with the drain opener to create dangerous fumes.

Dishwashing Soap:
Commercial low-phosphate detergents are not themselves harmful, but phosphates nourish algae which use up oxygen in waterways. A detergent substitution is to use liquid soap. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of vinegar to the warm, soapy water for tough jobs.

All-Purpose Cleaner:
Mix 1/2 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup baking soda (or 2 teaspoons borax) into 1/2 gallon (2 liters) water. Store and keep. Use for removal of water deposit stains on shower stall panels, bathroom chrome fixtures, windows, bathroom mirrors, etc. Another alternative is microfiber cloths which lift off dirt, grease and dust without the need for cleaning chemicals, because they are formulated to penetrate and trap dirt. There are a number of different brands. A good quality cloth can last for several years.

Lime Deposits:
You can reduce lime deposits in your teakettle by putting in 1/2 cup (125ml) white vinegar and 2 cups water, and gently boiling for a few minutes. Rinse well with fresh water while kettle is still warm.

Marks on walls and painted surfaces:
Many ink spots, pencil, crayon or marker spots can be cleaned from painted surfaces using baking soda applied to a damp sponge. Rub gently, then wipe and rinse.

Oven Cleaner:
Moisten oven surfaces with sponge and water. Use 3/4cup baking soda, 1/4cup salt and 1/4cup water to make a thick paste, and spread throughout oven interior. (avoid bare metal and any openings) Let sit overnight. Remove with spatula and wipe clean. Rub gently with fine steel wool for tough spots. Or use Arm & Hammer Oven Cleaner, declared nontoxic by Consumers Union.

Toilet Bowl Cleaner:
Mix 1/4 cup baking soda and 1 cup vinegar, pour into basin and let it set for a few minutes. Scrub with brush and rinse. A mixture of borax (2 parts) and lemon juice (one part) will also work.

Stickers on walls:
Our children covered the inside of their room doors with stickers. Now they are grown, but the stickers remained. To remove, sponge vinegar over them several times, and wait 15 minutes, then rub off the stickers. This also works for price tags (stickers) on tools, etc.

Window Cleaner:
Mix 2 teaspoons of white vinegar with 1 liter (qt) warm water. Use crumpled newspaper or cotton cloth to clean. Don't clean windows if the sun is on them, or if they are warm, or streaks will show on drying. The All-Purpose Cleaner (above) also works well on windows. Be sure to follow the recipe, because using too strong a solution of vinegar will etch the glass and eventually cloud it.

Tub and Tile Cleaner:
For simple cleaning, rub in baking soda with a damp sponge and rinse with fresh water. For tougher jobs, wipe surfaces with vinegar first and follow with baking soda as a scouring powder. (Vinegar can break down tile grout, so use sparingly.)

Today I am saddened, Our President isn't the Christian he claims to be...

  • Support Full Civil Unions and Federal Rights for LGBT Couples: President Obama supports full civil unions that give same-sex couples legal rights and privileges equal to those of married couples. Obama also believes we need to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act and enact legislation that would ensure that the 1,100+ federal legal rights and benefits currently provided on the basis of marital status are extended to same-sex couples in civil unions and other legally-recognized unions. These rights and benefits include the right to assist a loved one in times of emergency, the right to equal health insurance and other employment benefits, and property rights.
  • Oppose a Constitutional Ban on Same-Sex Marriage: President Obama voted against the Federal Marriage Amendment in 2006 which would have defined marriage as between a man and a woman and prevented judicial extension of marriage-like rights to same-sex or other unmarried couples.

The Best Time to Work Out

Is it better to exercise in the morning, or later in the day? Let your circadian rhythms be your guide.

In the afternoon or early evening, your core temperature is warmer. A warm core makes your muscles and joints more supple, which helps you avoid strains and sprains. That makes afternoon or early evening ideal for exercises that tap your muscles, like strength training, stretching, and interval workouts.

Mornings Are for Endurance
On the other hand, if endurance activities are more your speed -- long brisk walks or bike rides -- morning may be better. Your body’s core is cooler early in the day, which can make endurance activities seem less tiring. And there is less risk of overheating. But a good warm-up will be key, since your muscles are likely to be stiffer in the a.m.

My latest Purse....

This is the latest of my purses I have made. I had been seeing those fat bottom purses and liked the looks of them but in no way would they be big enough for all the stuff I carry. So I decided to make my own version and came up with this. It came out pretty good if I have to say so myself. I used rope for the handles and braided it before crocheting over it. That way it is extra strong and sturdy at the same time but not stiff.

I Will Carry You

Isaiah 46:3-4
"Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, And all the remnant of the house of Israel, Who have been upheld by Me from birth, Who have been carried from the womb: Even to your old age, I am He, And even to gray hairs I will carry you! I have made, and I will bear; Even I will carry, and will deliver you.

Too busy..............

My Blue Purse............

I finished this back in November but am just getting around to putting a pic up for you. I made it with 3 colors, grey, blue and white. I wanted it to be a warm winter color.
Not too bad for my first purse. The left side I crocheted a pocket for my cell phone on the outside and it stays there just fine. I put a nice blue fabric on the inside with 4 pockets for all the things I carry.
God Bless,
Christina

The Silent Sermon............

The Silent Sermon

A member of a certain church, who previously had been attending
services
regularly, stopped going. After a few weeks, the preacher
decided to
visit him.

It was a chilly evening. The preacher found the man at home alone,
sitting before a blazing fire. Guessing the reason for his preachers
visit, the man welcomed him, led him to a comfortable chair near the
fireplace and waited.

The preacher made himself at home but said nothing. In the grave
silence,
he contemplated the dance of the flames around the burning
logs. After
some minutes, the preacher took the fire tongs, carefully
picked up a
brightly burning ember and placed it to one side of the
hearth all alone
then he sat back in his chair, still silent.

The host watched all this in quiet contemplation. As the one lone
ember's
flame flickered and diminished, there was a momentary glow
and then its
fire was no more. Soon it was cold and dead.

Not a word had been spoken since the initial greeting. The preacher
glanced at his watch and realized it was time to leave. He slowly
stood
up, picked up the cold dead ember and placed it back in the
middle of
the fire. Immediately it began to glow once more with the
light and
warmth of the burning coals around it.

As the preacher reached the door to leave, his host said with a tear
running down his cheek, 'Thank you so much for your visit and
especially
for the fiery sermon. I shall be back in church next Sunday.'

We live in a world today which tries to say too much with too little.
Consequently, few listen. Sometimes the best sermons are the ones
left
unspoken.

Psalms 23
The Lord is my Shepherd ----- that's a Relationship!
I shall not want ----- that's Supply!
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures ----that's Rest!
He leadeth me beside the still waters -----that's Refreshment!
He restoreth my soul ----- that's Healing!
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness --that's Guidance!
For His name sake ----- that's Purpose !
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death--that's Testing!
I will fear no evil ----- that's Protection!
For Thou art with me ----- that's Faithfulness!
Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me -----that's Discipline!
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies------that's Hope!
Thou annointest my head with oil ----- that's Consecration!
My cup runneth over ----- that's Abundance!
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life----that's Blessing!
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord -----that's Security!
Forever ----- that's Eternity!

Face it; God is crazy about you!

Abortion...........

Abortion.......

What could be more cruel than taking a life before it even has a chance?
As you can see by the picture by the time a woman has an abortion there is a full size baby inside of her. It might be small but it is a baby. Take a close look because this is exactly what happens when an abortion takes place. They shove an instrument up inside a woman and pull piece by piece apart the baby until it is small enough to pull what is left out of her and they just discard it into the trash as if it were a piece of paper. Never to be thought about from the person who did this awful thing again.

Look around you...
I'm sure you know a child that you hold dear to your heart or even look at yourself. What if your mother would have done this to you? Do you know someone that would miss you if you had never been born?? Have peoples lives been changed in some small way because of you? Of course they have. You've made them smile, you listened when no one else would, you solved the problem that no one else could. Those are ways you have changed peoples lives.
The babies that were ABORTED NEVER got that chance.
Their voices were never heard. The smile on their faces were never seen. The gentleness in their touch was never felt. The feeling of safety of them just being there was never allowed.
All because someone said
I DON'T WANT YOU---
I MADE A MISTAKE--
I WANT IT ERASED--
I WANT TO FORGET THE STUPID THING I DID---
I WAS TOO YOUNG----

How many more excuses are there for KILLING a innocent life???????????

Why Did Jesus Fold the Napkin?

Why Did Jesus Fold the Napkin?

Why did Jesus fold the linen burial cloth after His resurrection? I
never noticed this....

The Gospel of John (20:7) tells us that the napkin, which was placed
over the face of Jesus, was not just thrown aside like the grave
clothes.

The Bible takes an entire verse to tell us that the napkin was neatly
folded, and was placed separate from the grave clothes.

Early
Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to
the tomb and found that the stone had been rolled away from the
entrance.

She ran and found Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom
Jesus loved. She said, 'They have taken the Lord's body out of the
tomb, and I don't know where they have put him!'

Peter and the other disciple ran to the tomb to see. The other
disciple outran Peter and got there first. He stooped and looked in
and saw the linen cloth lying there, but he didn't go in.

Then Simon Peter arrived and went inside. He also noticed the linen
wrappings lying there, while the cloth that had covered Jesus' head
was folded up and lying to the side.

Was that important? Absolutely!

Is it really significant? Yes!

In order to understand the significance of the folded napkin, you have
to understand a little bit about Hebrew tradition of that day. The folded
napkin had to do with the Master and Servant
, and every Jewish boy
knew this tradition.

When the servant set the dinner table for the master, he made sure
that it was exactly the way the master wanted it.

The table was furnished perfectly, and then the servant would wait,
just out of sight, until the master had finished eating, and the
servant would not dare touch that table, until the master was finished.

Now if the master were done eating, he would rise from the table, wipe
his fingers, his mouth, and clean his beard, and would wad up that
napkin and toss it onto the table.

The servant would then know to clear the table. For in those days, the
wadded napkin meant, 'I'm done'.

But if the master got up from the table, and folded his napkin, and
laid it beside his plate, the servant would not dare touch the table,
because..........

The folded napkin meant, 'I'm coming back!'

He is Coming Back!

EXPLANATION OF GOD:

It was written by an 8-year-old named Danny Dutton, who lives in Chula Vista , CA . He wrote it for his third grade homework assignment, to "explain God." I wonder if any of us could have done as well? [ .... If he had such an assignment in California, and someone published it, I guess miracles do happen ! ... ]

EXPLANATION OF GOD:
"One of God's main jobs is making people. He makes them to replace the ones that die, so there will be enough people to take care of things on earth. He doesn't make grownups, just babies. I think because they are smaller and easier to make. That way he doesn't have to take up his valuable time teaching them to talk and walk. He can just leave that to mom and dad's."

"God's second most important job is listening to prayers. An awful lot of this goes on, since some people, like preachers and things, pray at times beside bedtime. God doesn't have time to listen to the radio or TV because of this. Because he hears everything, there must be a terrible lot of noise in his ears, unless he has thought of a way to turn it off."

"God sees everything and hears everything and is everywhere which keeps him pretty busy. So you shouldn't go wasting his time by going over your mom and dad's head asking for something they said you couldn't have."

"Atheists are people who don't believe in God. I don't think there are any in Chula Vista . At least there aren't any who come to our church."

"Jesus is God's Son. He used to do all the hard work, like walking on water and performing miracles and trying to teach the people who didn't want to learn about God. They finally got tired of him preaching to them and they crucified him But he was good and kind, like his father, and he told his father that they didn't know what they were doing and to forgive them and God said O.K."

"His dad (God) appreciated everything that he had done and all his hard work on earth so he told him he didn't have to go out on the road anymore. He could stay in heaven. So he did. And now he helps his dad out by listening to prayers and seeing things which are important for God to take care of and which ones he can take care of himself without having to bother God. Like a secretary, only more important."

"You can pray anytime you want and they are sure to help you because they got it worked out so one of them is on duty all the time."

"You should always go to church on Sunday because it makes God happy, and if there's anybody you want to make happy, it's God!

Don't skip church to do something you think will be more fun like going to the beach. This is wrong. And besides the sun doesn't come out at the beach until noon anyway."

"If you don't believe in God, besides being an atheist, you will be very lonely, because your parents can't go everywhere with you, like to camp, but God can. It is good to know He's around you when you're scared, in the dark or when you can't swim and you get thrown into real deep water by big kids."

"But...you shouldn't just always think of what God can do for you. I figure God put me here and he can take me back anytime he pleases.

And...that's why I believe in God."

Did You Know?

DID YOU KNOW?

As you walk up the steps to the
building which houses the U.S Supreme Court
you can see near the top of the building a row
of the world's law givers and each one is
facing one in the middle who is facing forward
with a full frontal view ... it is Moses and he
is holding the Ten Commandments!

DID YOU KNOW?

As you enter the Supreme Court courtroom, the
Two huge oak doors have the Ten Commandments
Engraved on each lower portion of each door.

DID YOU KNOW?

As you sit inside the courtroom, you can see

The wall, right above where the Supreme Court

judges sit, a display of the Ten Commandments!

DID YOU KNOW?

There are Bible verses etched in stone all

over the Federal Buildings and Monuments in

Washington , D.C.

DID YOU KNOW?

James Madison, the fourth president, known as

'The Father of Our Constitution' made the

following statement:

'
We have staked the whole of all our political
institutions upon the capacity of mankind for

self-government, upon the capacity of each and
all of us to govern ourselves, to control

ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to

the Ten Commandments of God.'

DID YOU KNOW?

Every session of Congress begins with a prayer

by a paid preacher, whose salary has been paid

by the taxpayer since 1777.

DID YOU KNOW?

Fifty-two of the 55 founders of the

Constitution were members of the established

orthodox churches in the colonies.

DID YOU KNOW?

Thomas Jefferson worried that the Courts would

overstep their authority and instead of

interpreting the law would begin making law

an oligarchy
the rule of few over many.

How then, have we gotten to the point that

everything we have done for 220 years in this

country is now suddenly wrong and

unconstitutional?

Lets put it around the world and let the world

see and remember what this great country was

built on.

I was asked to send this on if I agreed or

delete if I didn't. Now it is your turn...

It is said that 86% of Americans believe in God.
Therefore, it is very hard to understand

why there is such a mess about having the Ten

Commandments on display or 'In God We Trust'

on our money and having God in the Pledge of

Allegiance.

Why don't we just tell the other

14% to Sit Down and SHUT UP!!!

If you agree, pass this on..........

This says it all!

Have fun- Help me build my Mini City....

This is just for fun-- I have started a MiniCity in the Bahamas and I call it Trinity Ave. The more people I have come visit each day helps to make it grow. So far we have 16 in our little town. But we are growing fast. That is all in 5 days. You get counted once a day when you come to visit. It's that simple. You can even start your own little town if you would like and have your friends come visit you. If you do start your own town be sure and let me know so I can come visit you to. But as the town grows the url address will change and you will have to inform your friends so they can come along with you to make sure your town continues to grow. It will be exciting to see how big it can get.
I will make sure to let you know when mine changes as my town gets bigger.
So let's have fun and see how big we can get this town to become.

Aren't these just the greatest. I got these for my birthday. Which is TODAY by the way. One from my daughter Katrina and the other from my Mom and Dad-in-law. My son will be stopping by later on in the day for a bit to visit.
My darlin will be taking me out to my favorite place to eat which is Bob Evans later in the day. That is a given. We always take each other to our favorite places to eat. Mine is Bob Evans and his is the Jade Buffet in town. We both way over eat at both places. Which is why this year we went out and last night bought a Total Gym 1100 and plan to really work at getting fit and losing those extra pounds that have packed on over the last couple of years. We have decided to cut out all breads and pastas for at least a month and see how much of a difference that makes. My daughter did that and lost over 30lbs in one month with no exercising. Just imagine what we can do with exercising. We are so excited.
Besides what better thing can you think of doing when you are stuck inside in the winter months with nothing to do. It's better than being a couch potato.
God Bless,
Christina
