The lady says these are easy to make.

3 cups wheat flour

1 cup oatmeal (not instant)

½ cup wheat germ

2 cups pumpkin (normal size can)

¼ cup molasses (blackstrap)

½ cup water

Place flour, oatmeal and wheat germ in bowl. Add pumpkin, molasses & water. Knead mixture for 3-5 minutes until well blended. Form into small balls or roll out and use a cookie cutter. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes or until cookies are golden brown and crispy.
