R U putting on enough SunTan lotion?

The experts say you need at least a nickel size amount for your face and 2 shot glasses- size for the rest of your body. Plus it's important to put it on at least 20 minutes before you are ready to leave to go where you are going in order for time to allow the lotion to sink into your skin.

So many of us think that as long as we apply it when we get there and head out into the sun we are protected.
I know that was the way my mother did it. Actually that was the way I did it with my kids.
BUT we know so much more now.
