1-8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 C. Peanut Butter
1- 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. milk
24 Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
5 T. butter, melted
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter, press into 9x13 pan. Pour in peanut butter mixture, cover and freeze until firm.
****If taking to work - freeze overnight - I put in the fridge at work until lunch.
